Kosada, Inc. will release a beta version of Vuo, a modern visual programming language for multimedia artists and creators, on October 24th, 2013. With Vuo, users will be able to create interactive audio, visual, and mixed multimedia applications and effects with ease.
Kosada developer Matthew Radcliffe participated as a mentor during Portland’s Drupalcon 2013, held from May 20th to 24th. The purpose of mentoring is to orient new volunteers and help them contribute to Drupal by contributing code, testing code or providing documentation.
CooperVision, a leading contact lens maker, has subsidiaries in dozens of countries. In 2012, CooperVision undertook an initiative to harmonize its Brand and Web experience, regardless of the country. CooperVision wanted to consolidate all websites onto a single Drupal-based platform, allowing updates to easily be pushed out to all countries and to unify branding and functionality. Kosada was able to help CooperVision create an adaptable website platform that is now live in seven countries, including China and the United Kingdom, with more planned to go live soon.
Kosada was happy to contribute back to the greater Ohio Drupal community by helping to organize the second annual DrupalCamp Ohio on November 30 – December 1, 2012. DrupalCamp Ohio is a regional mini-conference organized and run by the local Drupal users group, which Kosada's web developers participate in.
Kosada has updated Timestream, its iPad app to make it easier to enter event information; to use more varied time scales and to enter events using 24-hour time. The enhancements also include support for retina display.
Timestream is an easy and fun way to create timelines and chronologies on the iPad that you can share with your family and friends.
