CCK Select Other - Drupal Module

- CCK Select Other provides a select list widget for CCK text and numeric fields with an "other" option. When a user selects "other" a text input field is exposed via Javascript, which allows the user to provide their own input for the field.
- The module also hooks into Drupal's testing framework, SimpleTest, to provide functional tests on saving data.
