Melissa Egan joined Kosada as a software developer in 2012.

Much of Melissa’s experience prior to Kosada was in the field of human language technology. Originally from California, Melissa received a Bachelor’s degree in computer science and a minor in linguistics from Pomona College, and an M.S. with a specialization in information assurance from the Naval Postgraduate School.

Melissa is also partial to roller derby, geocaching, and pet rats.
